HOW DOES THE SITE WORK?

un chic fou presents one or two collections per year according to the creativity of the founder, Nathalie Rossel. Pieces produced locally in small quantities are restocked as soon as possible.
Our flagship models are restocked all year round, whatever the season. “Last Chances”: exceptional restocking and the last pieces of last season, sometimes even at very low prices… In addition to these collections, a crazy chic unveils “capsule” models. These are pieces produced in very small series and limited editions.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?

Once the order is validated you cannot cancel it. You will only be able to send the items back to us for a refund once your package is received, within 7 days. If you wish to modify an article of your order thank you to do it before confirmation of this one.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

The payment of your order on our site can be made:

– By credit card (Visa, American Express and Mastercard)

– By Paypal

– By e-gift card

Our online store does not allow for payment in installments.

Please note that for bank transfers, the shipment of your order will only start after we receive the funds in our account.

For Geneva :

a crazy chic offers the possibility of “Click & Collect” in Geneva only. Orders are placed and paid for on the site. You can then come and collect your order in our boutique un chic fou, Rue Verdaine 8, 1204 Geneva. Once you have chosen the option, you can pick up your order at our office during our opening hours:

Monday – Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Saturday – 10:30 am to 5:30 pm.

For the rest of SWITZERLAND:

– Packages are shipped within 2 business days.
– Count 1 to 3 working days to receive your package after sending.
– Delivery costs are CHF 10.00 and are free for orders of CHF 200.00 or more.

ONLINE RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

You have a period of seven days after receipt of your online order to return your purchases for a refund if they are unsuitable. The product must not have been worn, used, modified, washed or damaged. Please put each item back in its original packaging to ensure a smooth refund and to facilitate the work of our logistics workshop. We do not do standard exchange. For a different size, model or color, simply return your original item and place a new order on the e-shop. You can choose to return your item(s) by registered post (at your expense) or by drop-off at our boutique (free of charge) at Rue Verdaine 8, 1204 Geneva.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK?

Returned parcels take between five and ten working days to be delivered to us. We advise you to keep your tracking number. Only items received at our boutique will be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once your package is received, allow a few days for our logistics team to process your package. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS AT POINT OF SALE

You have thirty days to return or exchange your purchases for a credit note or another item un chic fou if they are unsuitable.
The product must not have been worn, used, modified, washed or damaged.
The credit note is valid for thirty days from the date of return of the item and can only be used at the point of sale where the return was made.

Items that have been customized for you in any way cannot be cancelled, nor can they be returned to us for exchange or credit. This includes products that have been engraved or embroidered.

JEWELRY CARE

WHAT ARE YOUR MAINTENANCE TIPS?

Silver jewelry: Silver jewelry naturally oxidizes with air and humidity. Occasional cleaning with a special cloth will keep the silver shiny and remove oxidation. In order to avoid oxidation, keep your silver jewelry in a closed bag protected from the air.

Gold jewelry: It is not recommended to wear jewelry while sleeping, swimming or playing sports. Also avoid contact with perfumes and cosmetics. The patina tends to disappear with time. How quickly it disappears depends on how well the jewelry is cared for. The fading patina is the result of perfectly normal natural wear.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY JEWEL IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN?

We advise you to first contact the point of sale where the purchase was made. We offer a free repair service for 30 days from the date of purchase upon presentation of proof of purchase. This service is offered free of charge on condition that the deterioration of the jewel is linked to a manufacturing defect. After this period of guarantee, our after-sales service can offer you a paying repair if it is possible. It will be the subject of an estimate, which will be submitted to you for acceptance before any repair.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE CORD ON MY BRACELET?

Our cords are 100% natural cotton, so wear and tear is normal and unavoidable. Our e-shop offers a selection of cords and different colors. Otherwise have fun! And feel free to try any string you have at home or simply go hunting in a haberdashery!

UN CHIC FOU LINEN CARE

Our 100% ethical and eco-responsible household linen is pre-washed to prevent shrinkage.

It can be washed at 30° for pieces with hand-made bangs and at 40° for other models. For best results, we always recommend not overloading the machines. Likewise, linen is tumble-dried at a gentle temperature, without overloading the machine so that the pieces are gently tossed. Our Linen of the House then regains all its original softness.
